We're a family ranch rooted in Santo, Texas, with 25 years of land, cattle, and a way of life that doesn't cut corners. We raise Black Angus and Angus cross cattle on native grass, finished right here on our own place with local feeds. No hormones. No additives. Just pure beef, the way it's supposed to be.

It started simply enough — two cows. Keep one, sell the other to pay for it. We sold both. And in that moment, something clicked. People wanted real food from a place they could trust, and we had exactly that.

The world moves fast and gets louder every day. We started Texas Reserve because we believe in slowing down, in knowing where your food comes from, in the kind of trust that only comes from shaking hands with the person who raised it. We want to bring back structure, real food, and the kind of connection that used to be common — between a family, their land, and the people they feed.
